We aim to reply to every enquiry within about two hours during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 GMT). A full written, fixed-scope proposal usually follows a short scoping conversation, so we're pricing the work you actually need.
Yes, completely. Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We'd rather give you a clear, honest answer than push a project that isn't right for you.
That's completely normal. Choose "Not sure yet", tell us the goal in your own words, and we'll help shape it. For early ideas, a short discovery sprint is often the best first step.
Of course. We're happy to sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive. Just mention it in your message, or ask and we'll send ours over.
On the actual scope of work. Once we understand what you're building, we'll suggest a fixed-scope project, a monthly retainer or a discovery sprint, and break the cost down clearly. No hidden fees and no surprise extras.
