Our commitments

What we put
in writing

Four commitments in every engagement. Contract, not marketing.

01

A fixed price before we start

Scope and cost approved in writing before work begins. Changes are quoted before they happen, not after.

No surprises
02

Direct access to the team

Your questions go to the people building your project, not a ticket queue.

No middlemen
03

You own everything we build

Code, designs and accounts, documented and handed over. Leave whenever you like.

No lock-in
04

A 30-day warranty after launch

If something we shipped breaks in the first month, we fix it free.

No quibbling
What to expect

Four steps,
no drama

You always know where the project is, what it costs, and who is accountable.

Discovery call

A conversation about your goals and constraints. Not a pitch.

Written proposal

Scope, timeline and a fixed price. You know the cost before we start.

Build & review

Work delivered in increments you can test and steer.

Launch & after

We ship it, warranty it, and stay on if you want us to.

Still deciding

Questions, answered

Ask us anything

The senior engineers and designers you meet at the start. We're a small team, the founder stays involved, and nothing is handed off to juniors or subcontractors.

We agree a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins. If the scope changes, we quote the change before doing it. That's it.

Yes. Most of our clients are UK SMEs, and the work is scoped to fit the size of the business, not the other way round.

Anything we shipped that breaks in the first 30 days is fixed free. Beyond that, most clients keep us on for support and improvements, but you own everything either way.

Email hello@flitzen.co.uk or call +44 (0) 7587 557 546. The first step is a conversation about what you're trying to do. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
