Flitzen builds bespoke websites, mobile apps and software for organisations across the UK. We are a senior led team, so the people you work with day to day are the ones actually shipping the product. Three positions we are actively hiring for. All based at our Mayfair studio, full time, with the right to work in the UK.

Business Development Executive

You will help grow our UK client base. That means finding and qualifying the right prospects, owning the early conversations, and handing over a clean brief to the delivery team. We are looking for two or more years in a B2B sales or BD role, ideally within tech, agency or software services. Confident on a call, tidy with a CRM, and based within a comfortable commute of central London.

Project Manager

You will run a small portfolio of client projects across web, mobile and bespoke software. Day to day you will keep scope, timelines and quality on track, run weekly client reviews, and look after the engineers and designers on either side of the work. We need three or more years managing digital projects, comfort with both Agile and fixed scope delivery, and clear written English. London based, in studio at least three days a week.

AI Engineer

You will design and ship practical AI features inside client products. Think LLM integrations, retrieval pipelines, evaluation harnesses and the backend plumbing that turns a clever prototype into something a customer can rely on. Solid Python, hands on experience with modern LLM tooling, and an eye for what is actually useful versus what only looks good in a demo. London or commutable daily.

A few things candidates often ask before applying.

All three roles are based at our studio at 12 Old Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4PW. We expect candidates to live in or around London so that being in studio with the team is straightforward.

Yes. We are an office first team because the work benefits from being in the room together, but a day or two from home each week is normal once you have settled in.

These roles require the existing right to work in the UK. We are not in a position to sponsor new visas at the moment.

A first call to get to know each other, a short practical task or portfolio walk through depending on the role, and a final conversation in our Mayfair studio. We aim to keep the whole process to two or three weeks.
